As a member, you now have the opportunity to renew your membership and RSVP for the conference.


Please ensure you renew based on your membership type.


After selecting your membership type, you will be directed to the conference registration page where you will complete a form to confirm your attendance at the conference.


Non-Member Instructions:

If you are not currently a member of the AES, you can select the Non-Member ticket option when registering.


To take advantage of the discounted member rate for the Annual Meeting, you can click here to become a member.



Important Notice:

You only need to register once for the meeting. If you've already registered and paid your dues at the 2025 conference, there's no need to do so again.

The Dawson Fund

The Dawson Fund is an initiative established by the American Equilibration Society (AES) to honor Dr. Peter Dawson's significant contributions to dentistry. This fund aims to enhance AES's Annual Scientific Session by supporting educational activities that focus on occlusion, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and comprehensive oral care. Donations to the fund enable the organization to invite esteemed speakers and provide resources that advance knowledge in these areas.

 

AES Poster Presentation Fund

The AES-TMJ Poster Fund is a dedicated financial resource established by the American Equilibration Society (AES) to support the development and presentation of poster abstracts at its Annual Scientific Meeting. This fund aims to encourage research and knowledge sharing in the fields of occlusion and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. It provides financial assistance for the creation of poster presentations and supports presenters during the AES Annual Scientific Meeting.

Donations to the AES-TMJ Poster Fund play a crucial role in fostering research and education within the dental community, particularly in areas related to occlusion and TMJ disorders. By contributing to this fund, donors help facilitate the dissemination of new findings and clinical insights, thereby advancing the field of dentistry.

 

AES SIC Fund

The AES SIC Fund refers to the American Equilibration Society's (AES) Scientific Investigation Committee (SIC) Fund. The SIC fund was established to promote research in occlusion and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, the fund provides financial support for researchers in these fields. Researchers receiving funding are required to acknowledge AES as a sponsor in any publications resulting from their work.
